Jessica (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Virginia and California. She holds a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a post-graduate Certificate in Ecotherapy from John F. Kennedy University.

With nearly two decades of experience, Jessica has supported adults, children, and families in a variety of roles - including therapist, counselor, wellness coach, educator, group facilitator, naturalist, and guide. In addition to a welcoming office, her work extends beyond 4 walls and into gardens, forests, and other natural spaces, where connection and healing often unfold in unique and powerful ways.

Jessica roots her work in a relational lens, honoring the deep importance of our relationship to self, to others, and to the natural world. She believes that each of us holds the wisdom and capacity for healing within. Her role is not to give answers, but to offer skilled support and guidance as clients reconnect with their own inner knowing and path toward wholeness.

Drawing from her background in somatic psychology, mindfulness, the natural sciences, training in ecotherapy, and lived experience on the land, Jessica helps clients cultivate resilience, empowerment, and joy - through presence, connection, and a deepening relationship with the world around and within them.
